If you have preordered RollBud, you can expect your delivery in January 2018. All RollBud units will arrive at our fulfillment center on January 10th. From there, we will process your order, email your tracking code, and ship your order directly to you. All U.S. orders will be delivered in 3-5 business days, while all International orders will take about 15-21 business days to deliver. All U.S. customers will receive free shipping and all International customers will have their shipping calculated at checkout. Please contact our support team if you have any questions regarding your order.

We highly recommend creating an FD Labs account before ordering. This way you will be able to review current and past orders, shipping information, and any new features that we add in the future.

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after your order is processed. If you have a problem completing your order online or are not certain if your payment was successful please contact us on our support page.

All prices are quoted in USD. Foreign exchange rates apply and may depend on the date your order was placed.

Taxes, duties, & customs fees will be calculated at checkout.

FD Labs is unable to change or cancel orders once tracking information has been generated or an order has been customized, usually within 24 hours of packing your order. Please contact us on our support page as soon as possible if you have any questions abut your order.

We do not accept refund or returns once an order has been processed. If you have purchased an FD Labs product at a retail location, please contact that location for their refund/return policy.

FD Labs advises consumers to be cautious when purchasing devices from unauthorized resellers as the quality, reliability and safety of these products is uncertain and in some cases, may expose the user to serious dangers not encountered with genuine FD Labs products.

While FD Labs would like to help the victims of counterfeiting we’re not able to reimburse money used to purchase infringing goods since such goods were not bought from FD Labs, nor do we assist with the resolution of disputes, including assistance with PayPal or credit card refunds.
